The domain's short story

The vineyard is in conversion to organic farming and is located at an altitude of 350 to 400m. Le Mousquier: Chardonnay, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc share this clayey-limestone soil, with a very slight slope to the south. The cuvée La Réserve benefits fully from this beautiful exposure.Le Cagne: On these parcels, we find Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc which give these typical aromas to the cuvée "L'Audacieux "Le Ravin des Sieures: The Syrah from this vine is bathed in sunlight and brings a pretty fruit to the cuvée "L'Espiègle "Garrigue Haute: The 2 Syrah plots combine 10-year-old and 30-year-old vines, they combine perfectly in "L'Audacieux" and "L'Espiègle" Bram Fam: this exceptional terroir allows the full expression of Syrah aged in oak barrels and the very old Carignan whose vines are between 55 and 85 years old.Cougoumeilles: a very pretty grenache that goes into a new vintage (matured in barrels)

The winemaker's pride

Molin' Agly is the contraction of Moulin (Molin in Occitan) and Agly, the river that flows through this valley north of Perpignan (Roussillon). The estate (born in 2014) is located in the village of Caudiès de Fenouillèdes, at the end of the Agly valley. The village is located a few kilometers from the village of Cucugnan, the famous Cathar castles, the splendid Gorges of Galamus, close to the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees, the valley (which is worth a visit) is dominated by Mount Canigou. It is a huge playground for hikers and other enthusiasts of white water sports, nature, history, culture, mushrooms and... quality wines... In organic conversion since 2014, the vineyard benefits both from the Mediterranean climate and the proximity of the nearby Pyrenees. At this altitude of about 350-400m, the estate produces wines that combine admirably the advantages of the sunny climate and the freshness of the local terroir.
