Our story

Patrick GIBOULOT has lived all his youth between the vines of the family estate. After a few years spent in the air force juggling between plans and flight lines, he returned in 2014 to the family land to juggle between vine plants and vineyard.Third generation of growers of the family vineyards, his only obsession is the quality of his great Burgundy wines and the respect of climates. Thanks to a traditional method of vinification, the respect of the soils and the cycles of nature, the wines of the domain have a greedy aromatic richness and a constant quality which make of it the signature of the Domain Patrick GIBOULOT.the management of the domain is established on the basis of a right balance between the dimension of pleasure which our wines gets and the respect of the ground which we cultivate. Thus we, it has for only obsession the quality of its great wines of Burgundy and the respect of the climates.
