In the setting of a natural park, the vineyard is planted between 350 and 500 m. The altitude and the cool climate of the mountains grant a progressive and optimal maturity of the grapes. Our practices, closely linked to the lunar calendar, guide us in each step of the realization of our wines from the vineyard to the cellar. In order to express the authentic taste of this place, we carefully prepare our herbal teas and decoctions without using synthetic molecules. We look forward to seeing you.
