,- Granitic rolled pebbles in Perpignan with Syrah, Grenache
,- White limestones in Calce with Carignan, Grenache, Syrah.

An intoxicating sensation of time that slows down seizes us... In century-old barrels that belonged to my great grandfather Fernand, we perpetuate the long tradition of oxidative wines from Roussillon.
