In the Haut-Minervois, one of the most southern regions of France, is where the Domaine Saint Antoine is located. Between the slopes of the Montagne Noire to the north and the Corbières to the south, nestled in the middle of the wide valley of the Aude, the Domaine is right in the middle of the "mystical territory" of Cathar country. Benefiting from the mists in spring and autumn, swept by the winds all year round, the team produces ambitious wines in AOP Minervois and IGP Pays d'Oc on about 28ha whose quality has been rewarded by numerous awards. In conversion to BIO since 2019, HVE3, the Domaine will be BIO from the 2022 harvest.
It is in the Haut Minervois that Napoleon founded Domaine Saint Antoine. Run for 10 years by Petra and Christoph Lehman, it produces wines in the middle of this mystical windswept terroir. The reasoned culture of the Domaine has obtained the HVE3 label since 2021 and 2022 is the last year of organic conversion. Numerous prizes obtained for certain vintages reward the passion and know-how of a winegrower who is concerned about the quality of his wines.
