For more than 60 years, the Domaine Chollet has succeeded in making a place for itself among the greatest wines of the Loire Valley. It was in 1960 that Roland Chollet harvested his first crop, he was the founder of the Domaine. In 1980, his son Gilles joined him and then it was Séverin's turn, his grandson, to perpetuate the estate in 2010. Today, with more than 12ha of production in Pouilly Fumé (100% Sauvignon), the Domain gathers 3 main types of terroirs: Clay-siliceous (Sables), clay-limestone (Caillottes) and Kimmeridgian marls (Terres Blanches).

Making a wine is a nice way to be creative, respectful of the environment, that in the generosity of the aromas of the vintages which will nourish convivial moments of tasting. "This is why our estate in Pouilly-sur-Loire (58), certified High Environmental Value (HVE3) in 2020, will then naturally move towards responsible organic farming.by letting the terroir express itself as naturally as possible, we keep the reputation of creating the best sauvignons in the world.
