Domaine Siouvette

20km from St Tropez, the 30-hectare estate is located at the foot of the Maures massif and has belonged to the same family since 1836. Facing due south on slopes in the Côtes de Provence appellation on schistose soil, our wines are made from classic grape varieties such as cinsault, syrah, cabernet sauvignon and carignan.
The vines benefit from a semi-continental climate, the soil is "scratched" regularly and the grapes are harvested by hand.

Our story

I am the 7th generation to manage and continue the family adventure. By searching, we find the name Siouvette as early as 1100, which was once one of the farms working for the religious. It was my grandfather who took over the farm in 1836 to transform it into a wood and wine production operation. Passed on from generation to generation, 170 years later, the estate is one of the most renowned in the golf course of Saint Tropez.
