Domaine Ternynck

The Domaines des Marronniers and Mauperthuis cover some 40 hectares next to Chablis, in the heart of the Burgundy Terroir. HVE certified since 2015, the Domaine has been in organic conversion since 2018 and biodynamic since 2019. The grapes are vinified with their natural yeasts and then slowly aged on lees without adding any sulfur. The Domaine's wines are awarded Gold and Silver Medals every year in Paris and at the Salon des Vignerons Indépendants.The Domaine is planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon and César, on south-facing land, benefiting from exceptional sunshine. The low yields, with short and airy pruning, allow the terroir to express itself fully to give a very good concentration in the Pinot Noir, a minerality associated with white flowers in the Chardonnay, acidulous and exotic fruits for the Sauvignon.

Our story

Owner of the Mauperthuis estate, Laurent and Marie-Noëlle acquired the Domaine des Marronniers in 2013. Passionate for a long time their goal, to produce quality wines in the respect of the soil. Rewarded each year at the Independent Winegrowers' Competition and the Concours Général Agricole de Paris, the wines of the estate are ready to seduce you.
