On the programme, visit the cellar, visit the vines and present the different works carried out by the winegrower, read a landscape, explain the notion of terroir and the diversity of the soils, all followed by a commented tasting of the estate's wines accompanied by gougères and/or special breads. The Domaine is located a few kilometres west of Mâcon. It is here that Thierry, the winegrower, vinifies and matures in oak barrels the three appellations Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran and Mâcon as appellations of controlled origin, Grands crus de Bourgogne.
