It is in the heart of Alsace, on the edge of the Colmar hills, that our family estate is located, from father to daughter, whose philosophy is to produce pure and authentic wines that reflect the expression of their terroirs.
Located in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard, 7 km from Colmar, our estate benefits from all the diversity of the terroirs of the famous Colmar hills by distributing its parcel over several communes, in particular Eguisheim-Herrlisheim, Wettolsheim and Wintzenheim.
This diversity allows us to carry out a fragmented vinification and thus to enhance the typicity of each terroir.
Béatrice, cultivates 8 hectares of vines without certification, but with practices close to sustainable cultivation. The harvest is totally manual, the whole grape pressing is pneumatic and gentle, the maturing takes place on fine lees.
The passion for vines and wine was passed on to me by my parents; since childhood I have shared their know-how and their passion. These are my roots.
The life of a winegrower is passionately varied; each vintage is different.
The vinification of parcels is a very demanding technique that allows a much better understanding of the estate.
It is a real pleasure to see the culmination of the work we have done throughout the year.
