The domain's short story
I farm 3.80 hectares of vines (Sauvignon grape variety) in the AOC appellation, located exclusively on the Sancerre hillsides. Born into a Sancerre family with a winemaking tradition, I learned the trade from my uncles before setting up my own vineyard 25 years ago, and have been devoting myself to it since 1999. My production is limited and original (due to the size of the estate), and is steadily increasing.
The winemaker's pride
The 4-hectare estate is planted with 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Pinot Noir on the flinty terroir of the Piton de Sancerre geological fault, and is entirely hand-harvested and micro-vinified with respect for the product, for wines of character that express the vintage and the typicity of the Sancerre terroir.
