In Dambach la Ville since 1776, the Hauller Family was known for the manufacture of large tuns for several decades. It was in 1960 that Louis Hauller specialized in the production of great Alsatian wines with the aim of producing elegant and remarkable Alsatian wines, and today it is the 12th generation of "Hauller" who is involved on a daily basis in the beautiful history of the Cave du Tonnelier!

Our story

Ludovic & Guillaume Hauller are now gradually taking over the family estate with their own specialties: Guillaume is the lover of the land who gives all his energy to produce the most beautiful grapes possible, and Ludovic is dedicated with passion and enthusiasm to promoting the family's wines throughout the world.

Other little stories

For Ludovic & Guillaume Hauller, who have been immersed in grape juice from an early age (both their maternal and paternal grandparents owned wineries), wine is above all a vehicle for conviviality and sharing, and always has been! Imagine a beautiful table, long-time friends, background music and a good bottle of Riesling: what else? A quote that would define their vision of wine today? "Art and wine bring people together".
