Anecdotes about the domain

To be a winemaker is to share oenological creations. Each year, each wine is a novelty. Wine is a moment of conviviality and discovery. Our wines are without sulfite or added yeast. The yeasts are only those produced by the grape.

The domain's short story

Domaine Vents du Sud contributes to perpetuating the landscape and heritage of this valley with its magnificent hills.

The winemaker's pride

The Domaine Vents du Sud includes 13 very different plots of land located on the hillsides at the edge of the garrigue and produce very typical wines. The grapes are harvested by hand for the red varieties such as Syrah and Grenache Noir and for the white varieties such as Grenache, Mourvedre and Macabeu. This allows us to sort the grapes and therefore not to add sulfites and yeast to the wine making process. Our objective is to tend towards natural wines and as close as possible to the terroir.
