Domaine Grand Guilhem

A family and very traditional estate located in the Haut-Fitou region, in the heart of the Corbières. 15 plots on steep slopes on black schist, between 150 and 450 metres above sea level. The average age of the vineyard is 60 years with a 15 ha plot planted in 1892. Organic certification since 2004 and production of natural wines, without added sulphites, since 2011. Very personal wines, with character.
