After a refusal to the accreditation committee for the Fitou appellation with the comment "wine not in conformity with the appellation and a little reduced", all new vintages will now be in Vin de France (except VDN). Freedom and creativity!

The domain's short story

1st generation winegrower but who has really chosen to be one. For me, wine is like a work of art, you are more or less sensitive to it, you sometimes have to look at it twice, tame it, let it express itself, accept that it is sometimes in a bad mood

The winemaker's pride

A family and very traditional estate located in the Haut-Fitou region, in the heart of the Corbières. 15 plots on steep slopes on black schist, between 150 and 450 metres above sea level. The average age of the vineyard is 60 years with a 15 ha plot planted in 1892. Organic certification since 2004 and production of natural wines, without added sulphites, since 2011. Very personal wines, with character.
