The K Family is Marianne, Benoît and their daughter Jeanne. A family of Parisians who escaped the frenzy of the capital and their professional lives to settle in the Beaujolais. In 2018, they realized their dream of returning to the land by taking over this 12-hectare estate, which they are working on in conversion to organic farming.
La Famille K is the story of our family, formerly white-collar workers from Paris living at a thousand miles an hour, who decided to leave this crazy urban life to cultivate the Beaujolais terroir with passion and dedication. A quest for meaning and a return to our roots that ended up in the heart of the Pierres Dorées region, which we fell in love with. It is therefore with a lot of desire that we took the direction of a 12ha estate in 2018 to realize our vision: to participate in restoring the image of Beaujolais wines without pretension, and to prove that good and well-made wine can be accessible to all. We give in to fashion insofar as we like wines without chemical pesticides (we are in conversion to BIO) and without dogmatism, therefore no synthetic products but technical means up to the mark and also a little sulphites, just enough to protect all the flavour of our wines
