Located on the edge of the Gaillac vineyard, on the edge of the Causse, the estate is located between Cordes sur Ciel and Albi and extends over 8 hectares. Our vines located on a clay-limestone plateau, benefiting from the Autan wind, offer a very particular biodiversity and complex and rich wines. 50% of our vines are red wines and 50% white wines from the following 7 grape varieties: Syrah, the corner of the eye, Fer servadou for the reds, Sauvignon for the whites, and Merlot, cabernet sauvignon, syrah for the rosé. We are currently in conversion to organic farming, our harvests are done manually with total destemming.

Our story

Established for more than 5 centuries on the edge of the causses, the estate has always produced wine, but it was in 1950 that our house took on a new dimension by starting to market wines under the impetus of my great grandfather, it is one of the very first vineyards in the Gaillac region. After a conversion of the estate to cereal cultivation, I decided 3 generations later to replant vines on our land in 2013.

Other little stories

The terroir on the edge of the estuary and an exceptional microclimate with one of the best sunshine in France (same number of hours of sunshine as in Saint Tropez) are particularly well suited to the production of quality Pineau Des Charentes, the main production of the farm.
