A family estate since 1701, Pech d'André produces a range of organic and natural wines, elegant and non-woody, from the traditional and heritage grape varieties of the Languedoc.
Anecdotes about the domain
True to our peasant culture, Pech d'André is also a small farm: vegetable garden, orchard, henhouse and pigeon house feed the whole family (as well as the guests of our gîtes during the summer). The peacock is also an emblematic animal of the estate, whose song lulls our ears and adorns the label of one of our wines...
The domain's short story
Tenth generation of the same family on these ancestral lands, we continue the work of our ancestors by keeping the same approach: respect for nature and biodiversity, search for the most harmonious expression of this terroir through a range of elegant and non-woody wines privileging the freshness and the characteristic aromas of each grape variety
The winemaker's pride
A family estate since 1701, Pech d'André produces a range of elegant, non-woody wines from traditional and heritage Languedoc grape varieties. We favour an agroecological approach by encouraging biodiversity and the natural balance of the environment in which our vines grow, all of which are cultivated in gobelet style: small plots, natural wooded areas or scrubland, ponds and streams, natural meadows. In the cellar, we seek the freshest and most authentic expression of each grape variety: no over-ripening, no carbonic maceration, no barrel ageing, and limited inputs. We are members of the Syndicat de Défense des Vins Naturels.
