The estate is situated at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail. The Olympes are made from Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre on several terroirs. The harvest is essentially manual. The arrival of the grapes is done by gravity and the vinification in concrete tanks to keep the freshness and fruit.
A woman of passion, a winemaker in a magnificent terroir such as Gigondas, what could be more beautiful than wine know-how! I will make you discover this passion through my wines from a terroir where freshness and minerality are mixed together, I vinify like a recipe. I bring through the elaboration of my wines all the know-how that we can have when we cook. I think about the dish we are going to cook to make the wine the most appropriate and enhances it, as if it were preparing a pretty table. I love above all the fruity side of the wines, the crunchiness, the greediness, my work is based on elegance, charm through wine. Why the Olympics? Legend has it that the gods of Ancient Greece made Mount Olympus their home. The climate there allowed the gift of eternal life, just like the Dentelles de Montmirail, which, thanks to its high altitude vineyards, offers us a microclimate where the coolness of the summer nights relieves the vines and allows them to build up a slow maturity, bringing finesse and elegance.
In the heart of the Dentelles de Montmirail we make much more than just wine! A real nectar, about fruit, finesse and minerality.
