I will make you discover this passion through my wines resulting from a soil where freshness, minerality are mixed. I bring through the elaboration of my wines all the knowledge that we can have when we cook. I like above all the fruity side of wines, the crunchiness, the greediness, my work is based on the elegance, the charm through the wine.Why the Olympus? Legend has it that the gods of Ancient Greece made Mount Olympus their home. The climate there allowed for the gift of eternal life, just like the Dentelles de Montmirail, which offers us a microclimate where the coolness of the summer nights relieves the vine and allows it to build a slow maturity, bringing finesse and elegance.
