Anecdotes about the domain

The creation of the estate was possible thanks to the support of my partner Estelle, family and very close friends. Together we formed a GFA to acquire the vineyards and the winery. We are therefore seven owners of the land and I am the happy operator.

The domain's short story

After a few years of work in the vineyards and wineries of the Gard, I passed a BPREA in order to be able to set up and create a small farm in the respect of the expression of the soil and nature.

The winemaker's pride

Located in Assignan, a small village in the Hérault region, clay-limestone soil, altitude 270m between the tramontane and the sea, 4.5 hectares divided into seven parcels, plant purins for the vines, indigenous yeasts and no inputs for the vinification.
