The country house is located in Montréal d'Aude, a small village west of Carcassonne. The Domaine de Stricou. It was here, on soils still untouched by cultivation, that we naturally decided to plant 4 hectares of vines in March 2022. The first Trousseau du Languedoc (massal selection) as well as Cabernet Franc, Chenin Blanc and Albarino now occupy the landscape between the Malepère valleys, hills and oak forests. In the meantime, we've created a Collectif de Vignerons [StricouProject] with whom we think, select and blend each of our cuvées. We work with winemakers we know, respect and admire. We produce authentic VINS DE FRANCE with complete transparency. Our wines are natural, virtuous and eco-responsible. We have opted for resistant grape varieties, which will account for more than half of our production by 2023. Few or no treatments (10X less than in organic farming).
