What motivates me is the passion for wine, the passion for contact. The sharing of good work, the sharing of our passion. Since 2012, on the wishes of Emmanuel, the Querre Family elaborates a sparkling rosé wine from its vineyards in Pomerol: Le Moulin Brut. The fruit of the merlot, the finesse are the characteristics of this product.
The domain's short story
Since 2010, Emmanuel Querre has taken over from his father Michel. The wines from our properties can be found on the menus of many restaurants and cellars. The Querre family is determined to improve and question themselves. No brand new cellars, a permanent concern for rationality and quality.
The winemaker's pride
Owner of 5 vintages, the Querre Family owns 36 hectares of vineyards in the appellations of Castillon, Pomerol and Saint-Emilion. The wines produced are often rewarded at the Paris, Bordeaux and Lyon competitions. The cultivation methods are traditional in the Bordeaux region. Each property respects its terroir. This is how each bottle produced will respect the typicity of its appellation.
