To start a meal, it is perfect as an aperitif. Then it will perfectly accompany a crab and citrus fruit salad, Japanese cuisine (sushi and sashimi), scallop risotto, trout with blue cheese, sea blanquette (fish and scallops). Surprising with goat cheese manure or Curé Nantais (typical Nantes cheese)

The Vignoble Malidain is: a family winery since 1954, located in the Muscadet Côtes de Grandlieu PDO, not far from the Lac de Grandlieu (the largest plain lake in Europe in winter),- 3 associates Malidain : Romain and Freddy (brothers) and their uncle Christophe,- 45 hectares of vines worked in the greatest respect for the environment (Terra Vitis)- VEGAN wines: Muscadet Côtes de Grandlieu sur lie, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Musca...
