4005 Chemin de la Martinette - clos - Blanc - 2019
26€50

A pale yellow colour with light silver highlights. A delicate and elegant nose marked by a dominant limestone minerality where notes of citrus fruits, white flowers with a touch of toast are mixed. The mouth reveals a supple, generous texture and is distinguished by its lemony and sweet almond aromas. With great finesse, the finish is enhanced by a hint of salinity and stretches out in freshness.

The word of the Winemaker, :

How ?

Marked by subtle chalky notes, Clos Blanc goes particularly well with sea bass ceviche with citrus fruits, red mullet sashimi, grilled octopus or even shellfish such as pan-fried scampi.
