A pale yellow colour with light silver highlights. A delicate and elegant nose marked by a dominant limestone minerality where notes of citrus fruits, white flowers with a touch of toast are mixed. The mouth reveals a supple, generous texture and is distinguished by its lemony and sweet almond aromas. With great finesse, the finish is enhanced by a hint of salinity and stretches out in freshness.
A single-variety cuvée to express the imprint of the limestone terroir of La Martinette.
This rare cuvée stands out from the whites of our region: our aim is to transcribe the purest expression of our terroir. Made from a plot of old Rolle grapes grown on limestone marl, this cuvée reveals all the nuances and mineral richness of our terroir.
Marked by subtle chalky notes, Clos Blanc goes particularly well with sea bass ceviche with citrus fruits, red mullet sashimi, grilled octopus or even shellfish such as pan-fried scampi.
