A beautiful pale salmon colour. A delicate nose that opens with white flowers, rose and intensifies with citrus fruits such as mandarin and grapefruit. The palate is smooth and dense, with fine toasted notes of precious wood and beeswax and subtle hints of juniper berries. The spicy finish stretches to a remarkable length.
A blend of three typical Provencal grape varieties: one for structure, one for freshness and one for finesse.
Carefully harvested at dawn, the grapes are delicately pressed in whole bunches in order to extract only the best and most delicate juice. Fermentation is carried out in 500L barrels. The wines are aged for 8 months on the lees before bottling. An additional 6 months of ageing is then carried out in the cellar before the wines are offered for sale.How ?
