Le Pinot Noir d'Alsace donne généralement des vins légers, d'une couleur rouge intense. Celui-ci n'y déroge pas. Il est également frais, avec des arômes de fruits rouges. Agréable, mais ce ne sont pas les vins d'Alsace que je préfère.
