The nose is expressive of red fruits. The mouth is surprisingly greedy, with notes of white fruits and dried fruits. Then the finish is precise and pure with a nice touch of acidity and some very pleasant refreshing bitter notes. Recommended drinking temperature: 10°C to 12°C
The word of the Winemaker, :
Champagne made from a blend of Chardonnay from Chouilly Grand Cru, Pinot Noir from Bisseuil Premier Cru and Pinot Meunier from Damery.
This Champagne is also a blend of years expressed by the "mag 16".
