The nose is both floral with some notes of white fruits and a touch of dried fruits. The mouth is complex with a nice dominant of citrus fruits evolving on a very long finish. Recommended serving temperature: 11°C to 12°C
The word of the Winemaker, :
Champagne made from the Chardonnay de Chouilly Grand Cru grape variety from the Côte des Blancs. This Champagne is also a blend of years expressed by the "mag 16". "16" corresponds to the year of harvest used as a basis for the blend, here 2016.
