The nose is very expressive, ample. The mouth is greedy with nice notes of red fruits, a touch of dried and exotic fruits. The end of the mouth is frank and airy, enhanced by a nice acidity very pleasant. The balance between the wine and the very integrated dosage is surprisingly fresh. Recommended tasting temperature : 10°C to 12°C
The word of the Winemaker, :
Champagne made from a blend of Chardonnay from Chouilly Grand Cru, Pinot Noir from Bisseuil Premier Cru and Pinot Meunier from Damery.
This Champagne is also a blend of years expressed by the "mag 15".
