The nose is very expressive, ample. The mouth is greedy with pretty notes of red fruits, a touch of dried and exotic fruits. The finish is frank and airy, enhanced by a very pleasant acidity. The balance between the wine and the very integrated dosage is surprisingly fresh. Recommended serving temperature: 10°C to 12°C
Champagne made from a blend of Chardonnay from Chouilly Grand Cru, Pinot Noir from Bisseuil Premier Cru and Pinot Meunier from Damery. This Champagne is also a blend of years expressed by the "mag 15".

This Champagne will delight spicy dishes, like Thai cuisine or some spicy Japanese dishes. It will sublimate cheeses of character like Epoisse or Fourme d'Ambert. It will surprise with a farm chicken with a very crispy skin.
