A greedy and expressive nose in which candied notes, honey, and dried apricots are mixed with harmony. The complex nose evolves then on mineral and toasted aromas. The mouth is lively and well structured. The minerality is found and the tense finish is prolonged on toasted notes.
The word of the Winemaker, :
This cuvée is a Blanc de blancs 66% Chardonnay, 34% Pinot Blanc from the 2017 harvest (100%), 20% vinified in barrels. Certified organic wine from Demeter grapes. Bottled in May 2017. Disgorged in July 2021 and not dosed.
