The Champagne is a well-supported pink, which is shivered with pretty and delicate bubbles. They carry crisp aromas of red fruits (strawberries and raspberries predominate) and a freshness that makes you salivate. On the palate, finally, we find the expected liveliness, but also spicy notes, and a remarkably long and vinous finish for a champagne.

70% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier for this intense and full-flavored rosé! Born from the precepts of biodynamics, it reflects wonderfully its terroir of origin, the Côte des Bar.
