The robe is straw gold, brilliant and limpid. The effervescence is of great finesse with columns of light and swirling bubbles. The nose is expressive and fresh: it opens with scents of white flowers (hawthorn) and then with a beautiful elegant fruity atmosphere with notes of white peach, apricot, and touches of citrus and pastry. On the palate the matter is seductive, both fresh and supple, well balanced. The aromas are confirmed and reveal more concentrated notes of candied pear and acacia honey. The finish is rich and of a beautiful persistence.
