The robe is straw gold, shiny and limpid. The effervescence is of a great finesse with columns of light bubbles and swirling. The nose is expressive and fresh: it opens on white flower scents (hawthorn) then on a beautiful elegant fruity atmosphere with notes of white peach, apricot, and hints of citrus fruit and pastries. On the palate, the wine is seductive, both fresh and supple, well balanced. The aromas are confirmed and reveal more concentrated notes of candied pear and acacia honey. The finish is rich and lingering.
