Our story

Harvesting two hectares of vines, I am the proud creator of 20,000 nuggets a year. In the heart of the Côte des Bar, undoubtedly the best terroir for Champagnes. Through my actions, I transcribe those of my mother, carrying on the heritage of vine-growing and respect for it, by minimizing intervention in both vineyard and cellar. I love the ripeness of grapes and their aromatic complexity, which I strive to capture and sublimate in each of my creations. With great respect for the terroir and the estate's past, I nevertheless deliver an interpretation that reflects my own personality, in order to create an emotion for those who follow me on my adventure.

Other little stories

Working on my own initiative, I carry out this profession that is close to my heart with dedication. This commitment goes as far as a vinification that I carry out alone without outside help. It is said to be the result of spontaneous fermentation, I also like the fruit of a work that started in the vineyard.
