The nose expresses itself on oxidative notes (prune, coffee, walnut) then the tasting evolves towards notes of undergrowth, dead leaves and roasted hazelnuts. After a very fresh attack, notes of pastry and stone fruits complicate the tasting.

The color of this champagne is sustained. It is through light caramel-colored reflections that the maturity of this wine is expressed. The nonchalance of the bubbles on the amber robe confirms the evolutionary character.
