Clad in a pale yellow with golden hues, it has a smell of candied fruit and mango. The attack on the palate is intense, rather woody, roasted with a hint of honey, when tasted with chocolate a hint of vanilla and candied fruit appears.
It seems that it is in old pots that the best jams are made. Coming from our oldest vines (more than fifty years old) our Cuvée Bassarica 100% pinot meunier knows how to be appreciated by the most gourmands, since it accompanies foie gras and chocolates!
Serve now between 6°C and 6°C and store for up to 18 months in a temperate cellar away from light.How ?
