To the eye, shiny straw gold like all the cuvées in the collection, attesting to the exclusive use of the first press, known as the cuvée. Another common feature of all four vintages is that the effervescence is lively.
On the nose, this cuvée is fresh, with a correct dosage, delicate and floral (elderflowers) with slightly fruity notes (white peaches) and bakery notes (sandwich bread).
The palate, well balanced between liveliness and natural sweetness, is also delicious, generous and supple with a very fleshy side. The floral side of the nose is completed by notes of sweet almonds, the bubble is fine and the length is not very common on the wines of this terroir.
