The word of the Winemaker, David GRATIOT :
Petit Meslier, a so-called forgotten grape variety, was planted at the property in 2008 and produced its first bottles in 2012. The result of a long selection process by David Gratiot, this grape variety gives a real aromatic typicity. We chose to vinify it in oak barrels to soften its pronounced mineral taste. "Bulles d'Avenir", 100% Petit Meslier, is therefore a unique champagne in the world.
