Yellow color with golden reflections, delicate and fine bubble; the nose is expressive and charming - candied fruits (tangerine, orange), dried apricot and almond paste. Vanilla notes come to coat the whole. On the palate, we discover an ample champagne, carried by a beautiful freshness; voluminous mouth, very fruity and a touch of acidity to awaken the taste buds from the first sip. A long and full finish, where the aromas are persistent and leave a beautiful gourmet sensation in the mouth.
