This cuvée has a pale yellow colour animated by fine bubbles. The nose is marked by aromas of dried banana, golden apple and orange fruit. The approach in the mouth is fresh, the palate develops on tropical aromas with hints of pineapple and sweet almond to finish on a nice length.
The characteristics of three grape varieties give a nice balance to this cuvée from the 2013 harvest with 40% reserve wines from the years 2011 - 2012.

Agreement proposed by Claire Brachet, author of the Guide Brachet of vegan and vegan wines. Starter: Green asparagus, star anise sauce. Dish: Peas, coconut and peanut croquettes, with sesame spinach fall. Dessert: Fine pie with apricots and almonds.
