Its deep pale yellow gold colour has deep straw yellow reflections. The first nose evokes the scents of pastries reminiscent of Tatin apple, warm brioche and honey. Then it evolves with aromas of honeysuckle and hawthorn, peach, quince paste, quince paste, quetsche, strawberry, sweet spices, praline. It slowly explodes into a creamy, melted effervescence.
