Champagne LEGUILLETTE ROMELOT - festival - Blanc
22€35

Its deep pale yellow gold colour has deep straw yellow reflections. The first nose evokes the scents of pastries reminiscent of Tatin apple, warm brioche and honey. Then it evolves with aromas of honeysuckle and hawthorn, peach, quince paste, quince paste, quetsche, strawberry, sweet spices, praline. It slowly explodes into a creamy, melted effervescence.

The word of the Winemaker, :

Change of year, change of name; Festival is a champagne blended with 6 Champagne grape varieties: Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc, Arbanne, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. This Cuvée is the expression of our House.

The Wine Estate

Located in the Western Marne Valley, our vineyard is mainly planted with Pinot Meunier. This grape variety is particularly popular on our clayey-limestone slopes. For several years now, and after many trial and error, we have been working in a more than rational way in viticulture, limiting our inputs as much as possible, mechanically working the soil under the row, leaving all our rows grassed.
