En bouche un vin équilibré avec une belle acidité et une fraîcheur agréable. On retrouve les notes de fruits rouges croquants et d'amende amère.
Un champagne qui se boit très bien avec un poisson blanc ou un chapon.
Bouche : Bulles assez fines, avec une note d'amande plus prononcée qu'au nez. Finale assez longue et agréable
