The robe is pale yellow with white gold highlights. The nose is complex and expressive with notes of white fruits, medlar and yellow fruits, plum, mirabelle plum. When aired, some notes of wilted flowers appear. The attack on the palate is pleasant with a nice vinosity. The bubble is caressing. The pinot noir brings back the fruits found on the nose to make them crunchy. The finish is slightly liquorice.
