The nose is complex and airy with notes of fresh almonds, candied oranges and angelica, and faded flowers. When aired, a few notes of roasting magnify this wine. The attack in the mouth is tender. The very fine bubble is caressing. The elegance of the nose is found in the mouth with a beautiful fluidity and a resumption of candied citrus fruits.
