Champagne Morel

Our estate is located on the magnificent slopes of the Riceys terroir, in the south of Champagne. We have been winegrowers for more than 5 generations and we produce creative champagnes while respecting traditions and the environment.

Our story

Winegrowers from father to son and daughter for 5 generations, the estate is now managed by a family trio with Simon who is in charge of managing the vineyard, Pascal and Emilie of the vinification and marketing. We are proud to cultivate our vines with the greatest respect for the environment.
Our domain is HVE certified: High Environmental Value.
The
vines have a natural grass cover, biodiversity is respected and preference is given to natural and
mechanical
working methods
