It is a bit "atypical" among our champagnes. Made using a technique rarely used in champagne, the grapes are destemmed and macerated for several days to obtain a color and aromas that make it a unique wine. This champagne is made only in the best years. The wine has a ruby color. Powerful aromas that reveal aromas of strawberries, raspberries and blackcurrants.

This rosé champagne is made from a plot of Pinot Meunier nearly 50 years old, only the best years.
Elaborated by maceration, this precise technique of elaboration confers a fruity character and a sustained color.
