This pale gold colored champagne will reveal an airy nose open on apricot, lime but also mint with more spicy notes of ginger. The traveller nose of this wine will then translate into a tonic attack, a complex, round and pulpy mouth. The suppleness of the finish will counterbalance the citrus dominance brought by the chardonnay.
