This cuvée has a light golden colour, brilliant and lively. Bubbles are fine and persistent. The Nose is fine and elegant. They offer intense notes of citrus fruits and white flowers that are more complex when aired. The attack is mineral, ample, nuanced, and in perfect harmony with the olfactory expression of the wine. The finish reveals even more the typicity of the estate's style, with a rounded vinosity and a persistent length on the palate.
The blend of the best chalk terroirs of Chardonnay de la Champagne.
