The colour is bright gold and the foam is fine and creamy. The olfaction is very marked by Pinots, aromas of red fruits and peach. The attack on the palate is powerful, with fat and roundness balanced by a hint of lemon.
The cuvée Brut 75-25 Grand Cru bears its name well. The 75% Pinot Noir, made from Bouzy and Ambonnay, gives the cuvée a vinous, fruity and crisp structure. The 25% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs reduces the Pinot Noir's imprint by bringing freshness to the champagne. This....
