The robe is golden, crystalline, brilliant. The bubbles are fine and elegant, they form a nice cordon of foam. The subtle and spring-like nose opens with aromas of fresh fruits, apples and pomegranates, spiked with light autolytic notes (brioche, pastries). The attack on the palate is supple and harmonious; pome fruits and fresh spices mingle with light buttery touches, followed by very elegant citrus notes, to offer you a CHAMPAGNE TOUT EN GOURMANDISE. A great freshness and a pleasant persistence sign the outcome of this champagne.
