The dress is golden, with green reflections.almond. The bubbles are fine and give birth to a nice and fine foam cordon. The olfaction is intense, elegant and fresh, floral notes, apricots and ripe plums followed by delicate aromas of brioche open up with aeration. On the palate, the attack is supple and fresh, its minerality expresses the particularity of our vineyard located in PIERRY, a terroir supported by a typical flinty mother rock. A beautiful density in mouth, aromas of lemons and grapefruit mixed with beautiful buttered notes; the slender and persistent final signs the outcome of this gastronomic vintage.
