Champagne Solemme - Nature Solemme Brut Nature 1er Cru - Pétillant - 2013

A pleasant pale gold color, bright and clear, accompanied by very fine bubbles that rise quickly, followed by a generous cordon of foam, offers a pretty sight. You will appreciate its aromas of fresh citrus fruits, lemon grapefruit and white flowers. You will also perceive a rather frank attack in mouth followed by a beautiful persistent effervescence prolonged by a length of a great smoothness.

The word of the Winemaker, Olivier Langlais :

A simple and pure cuvée. Made from Chardonnay grapes grown in certified organic vineyards and cared for using Biodynamic methods, this 2013 vintage has not received any dosage liqueur. The fruit and minerality of the soil are fully revealed.
